About this Blog

This blog is meant to present my ideas regarding the changes in thought and life awareness that will happen in our future. I believe mankind is about to go through a transition of age, from this material age towards a balanced age where there is a deep spiritual side also.

My method is to do this by presenting select conversations that pass the message.

Although certain aspects of my thinking may look like i am rebranding religion, if one looks deeper they will find that this is not the case. Mainly because of my belief in freedom of thought and belief for every human, as well as the importance of using the intellect, especially for  seeking truth about this world we live in. Whereas religion has come to mean blind faith , no freedom and blind following of clergy.

However central to the ideas is the belief (through logic and reason) of the existence of the creator and the belief that he/it is a loving entity having created us and sent us here for a reason.

My background is Sufi Muslim and I believe the Islam that most Muslims follow today is far from the original one and that it is the non muslim West that are actually more Muslim than the muslims of today. This explains the large amount of suffering that currently exists on the Muslim world, the Creator's way of telling the Muslims that they need to change and go back to true Islam, as this superficial and ignorance based version is unacceptable to him. Hence we muslims are currently being chastised and punished by our maker I believe. And many of those that do believe that we need to change think its about growing longer beards and having a more muslim looking appearance as opposed to an intellectual revival and a re-understanding of Islam itself. We need to re-invent our understand of Islam. For we have lost the original heart based understanding that is also centred around the mind and intellect. Our Islam today has become about fear and seeing god as an evil dictator unfortunately. Something so far away from the truth that one can understand why there is much punishment being heaped upon us from the sky.

As for the non muslims eg in the West, I see them as more islamic from the mannerism and beliefs point of view (ie having honesty, not wishing to deceive , being fair, believing in freedom and using the intellect, being independently minded and not follow as sheep etc), these characteristics raise them very high above where the muslims are today (especially the Arabs) and thus god may well be pleased with them. Their problem, as i see it, is that they find it hard to relate to god once again, and think that doing so will bring back the darkness of religion, and so they stay far away from god instead of approaching him. And so their lives may not have very deep meaning and they miss out on having a great life when one is connected to the amazing creator we have. My role in the West is to bring this connection to them but without the darknesses of religion. So that they see a new life that they could never envisage from before. But obviously there is no force involved. If they dont want this they can leave it.

Please note though, that my ideas are liable to change, as i may discover errors in my current understanding of truth and seek to correct them. But so far in my 15 or 20 year journey of searching about truth, i have found that it is very likely to be Islam (but not the one muslims today carry) and hence i am rebuilding my mind according to what i discover. And the process of seeking truth is a non ending journey. This is what makes life very interesting. Because you dont know where the journey will lead you tomorrow. Each day is an adventure. But the condition for this is that one must be sincere and truly willing to change their views if they find that the truth is elsewhere from where they currently see it. Having a genuine open mind is such an amazing gift. And this , i believe, is itself a big blessing from the creator.

I plan to add more input to this article with time.
